STAY CONSTRUCTIVE Absolutely no flaming. Constructive criticism is always welcome, but if I, or either of the administrators, find anything other than critique or harmless comments from you on these deviations or on the profile page, you will be marked out of the members. NO SWEARING We see it on the deviations or on the page, that's it. No longer a member. MATURITY Slightly ties in with Rule #1. Stupid comments will be hidden. NO CHAIN COMMENTS I understand that everyone likes to banter a bit, but please keep it out of the comments section. Notes and forums are here for a reason. QUESTIONS We urge these! If you have a question, please do not be afraid to ask someone, whether it be one of the administrators or another member in your field. MAIN FOCUS Try to stick with the main concept of getting better! Critique!
JOINING
Click on the little button that says "Note". Type "Join" into the box that says "Subject". Write your art styles as mentioned on the Members Page. Click the button at the bottom right that says "Send Note". Wait patiently for a reply saying we've added you. AddThe Bobbins Brigade to your Watchlist. Link back to us with :icon BobbinsBrigade: or :dev BobbinsBrigade: in either your signature, journal, or About Me section of your page.
CONTESTS
The Bobbins Brigade may hold contests at certain points in time during the year. (not often) Prizes may or may not be given depending on the contest and/or situation of the group. (Remember, this group is to promote the advancement of skill, not winning things.) Rules for each contest will be specified at that point in time as well as a set deadline. For more on Awards see the Members Page
...umm...as in Suzumiya Haruhi's SOS Brigade? Kinda, but we don't go around looking for Espers, Aliens, and Time-Travelers (as much as we would like to): we just try and find as many people as possible and get them to make new acquaintances (and learn to draw even better if that's what they do).
Seems like many people are having trouble with making friends on dA so I think that maybe this will help. You don't actually have to do anything but from time to time you might see your icon on our site (if you feel like checking) under the fans section (not yet posted) with other people with the same interests. Possible companions!
